Hi Friend!

My name is Leah. Having been born and raised in Charlotte, I am now a wedding photographer in the Charlotte area. With over 4 years of professional photography experience, I ultimately fell in love with photography at a very young age. I have always had a camera in my hand.

I went to college at Anderson University, SC, and majored in studio art with a concentration in photography, wanting to learn as much as I possibly could about the craft. I learned so much about film photography and videography, as well as ceramics and drawing, ultimately confirming that my God-given calling was the arts.

While known for weddings, my skills range from professional studio lighting to very off-grid work. I believe that life itself is beautiful, and all of the emotions and memories that come along with it are beautiful. I strive to create images that reflect those feelings. I love the feeling of nostalgia and reconnecting with what makes us who we are.

I would describe my photography style as a combination of documentary, editorial, and timeless. Each session is a chance to celebrate love and connection, and an opportunity for me to make the art I so love. I am honored to be a part of these beautiful stories.
